• Any order placed after 7:00 pm on saturday or government holiday will be automatically processed for dispatch on monday or next working day due to non-availability of courier service.
• For orders placed during festival months, holidays & weekends(i.e saturday & sunday), there might be a delay in delivery due to stock shortage and overloaded shipments.
• While placing an order your shipping details should be correct, as any delay in delivery due to wrong shipping details will be sole responsibility of customer only.

Same Day Delivery Policy

• Orders should be placed before 7:00 pm.
• Orders will be delivered before 10:00 pm (subject to product availability).
• Applicable for proper Surat City only (doesn't include outer area like Sachin, Magob Road & Chapra).
